Prospectiuni offers fully integrated Exploration and Development services that afford our clients tailored programs, meeting their specific objectives in Oil & Gas, Geothermal, and CO2 Sequestration endeavors. Client selected E&D services are scalable, and are carried out by our skilled technical teams in a cost effective manner, for all projects, from very small to very large.

Prospectiuni offers an integrated exploration and development package comprised of:

  • Processing and interpretation of shelf data and newly acquired data
  • Integration of well logs and production data
  • Projects loaded and Work-Station ready in digital formats to client specification

Prospectiuni acquires, processes and interprets non-seismic geophysical data which is used to augment 2D and 3D data, providing Work-Station ready:

  • Gravity Volumes
  • Aero-Magnetic volumes
  • MT volumes
  • Geochemical analyses of water, plants and soil samples
  • VSP and velocity surveys
  • Surface Geology

Prospectiuni's Equity Participation to reduce client G&G costs:

  • Prospectiuni welcomes the opportunity to reduce G&G costs of qualifying clients in exchange for equity participation in the areas evaluated
  • Client maintains majority interest in the project, and has more funds available for drilling which can accelerate project payout
  • G&G money saved can increase the number of prospects drilled / tested each year

Adjustable Terms for the Equity Participation Program:

  • Prospectiuni does not bid or compete with any of our client companies
  • When it is to our mutual benefit, Prospectiuni will carry a portion of our client company's G&G costs on client properties and / or awarded areas of exploration or development
  • If no new wells, or other significant revenue generating field operations are undertaken by the client on the property or within the awarded area within two years of Prospectiuni's initial investment, the client will promptly refund 100% of Prospectiuni's investment
  • Prospectiuni will be entitled to a mutually agreed working interest percentage in all new wells, work-overs and / or re-completions that are undertaken by or on behalf of the client after Prospectiuni's investment is made

Prospectiuni also offers qualified clients the following services in exchange for equity on similar terms:

  • Drilling/Completion services
  • Permitting of right of way
  • Pipeline construction services
