  • Electro-chemical techniques
  • Classical assaying: volumetry and gravimetry

Mineralogical and petrographical analysis

Mineralogical-petrographical analysis is required for geological, geophysical prospecting and exploration, in particular for the extraction and processing of raw minerals and rocks for use in the ceramics, glass and other industrial industries. Analyses are carried out on volcanic, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks. Mineralogical-petrographycal analysis on rocks are carried out using:

  • Optical Microscopy
  • X-Ray Diffraction
  • Thermogravimetric Analysis
